Chinese Ti Guan Yin Oolong //

This semi-oxidised tea from China consists of expertly rolled whole tea leaves which unfurl as they infuse, producing a delicate liquor with a luxurious creamy character and notes of stone fruits.

  • Infuse for 3 minutes
  • Heat water to 80°c
  • Drink without milk
  • Use freshly drawn water each time you bring to the boil
  • One rounded teaspoon per serving
  • Store in a cool, dark, dry place
