Japanese Sencha Gyokuro Green Tea //

Shaded for a few weeks prior to harvesting, the leaves used to produce this remarkable tea take on a vivid, green colour whilst developing a sweet, mellow character with very little astringency.

  • Infuse for 3 minutes
  • Heat water to 80°c
  • Drink without milk
  • Use freshly drawn water each time you bring to the boil
  • One rounded teaspoon per serving
  • Store in a cool, dark, dry place
