First Flush Indian Darjeeling Black Tea //

Known as ‘The Champagne of Teas’, this beautiful example is produced high up in the Himalayas from leaves picked in springtime when the tea bushes first flourish into life after awakening from their winter slumber.

  • Infuse for 3 minutes
  • Heat water to 100°c
  • Drink with or without milk
  • Use freshly drawn water each time you bring to the boil
  • One rounded teaspoon per serving
  • Store in a cool, dark, dry place
